1. Parties Involved
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

“The Company” refers to Cladding4Less.com, part of Saniclad Hygienic Walls & Ceilings Ltd.

“The Customer” refers to any individual, company, or organisation entering into a contract with the Company for the purchase of goods or services.

2. Quotations
All quotations provided by Cladding4Less.com serve as invitations to place an order and are not binding. No order becomes a confirmed contract until it has been accepted in writing by the Company. All agreements are subject exclusively to the terms outlined here or otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing
Unless a fixed price is agreed upon in writing, all prices are subject to change and will be based on the Company’s pricing at the date of dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Delivery
a) Dispatch
While we aim to meet estimated dispatch dates, these are not guaranteed. Delays in dispatch do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or claim damages.

b) Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the Customer’s billing address.

Delivery costs do not include off-loading, which is the Customer’s responsibility.

Deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise arranged.

5. Risk & Damage in Transit
a) Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to the Customer either:

Upon delivery by the Company; or

When the goods leave our premises (if using a third-party courier).

b) Damaged Goods
To qualify for replacement or repair:

The Customer must notify us in writing of any damage within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days upon request.

6. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to replacing defective goods within 6 months of dispatch, provided:

Written notice is received within the timeframe.

The Customer allows us to inspect and assess the goods.

We do not accept liability for indirect losses or product suitability. Customers must ensure products are appropriate for their intended use.

7. Product Suitability
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are fit for purpose. We do not guarantee suitability and shall not be held liable for any reliance on our advice.

8. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities related to injury or property damage caused by defects, delivery issues, or misuse—whether or not caused by Company negligence.

9. Ownership & Title
a) Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

b) Incorporation of Goods
If goods are used in another product or structure, the Company retains ownership of the final product as security until payment is made.

c) Repossession Rights
If payment is not received, the Company may enter the Customer’s premises to recover goods without liability for any resulting damage.

10. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in line with the terms specified on the invoice.

Late payments may result in suspended deliveries.

Interest of 5% above the base rate will apply to overdue balances.

11. Specifications & Quantities
Product dimensions, weights, and performance data are approximate unless explicitly confirmed.

A delivery variation of up to ±10% is deemed acceptable, with the invoice adjusted accordingly.

12. Guarantees
Any guarantees including our lifetime defect warranty on PVC sheets will be honoured as per contract terms, provided proper installation and aftercare guidelines are followed.

Defective products or workmanship will be corrected within 14 days, subject to inspection.

13. Returns & Cancellations
a) Returns
Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 14 days.

Customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

A 25% restocking fee applies. Higher fees may apply for damaged or unsellable items.

b) Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charge.

If an order is already dispatched, the Customer is liable for return costs and restocking fees.
