Please note that delivery charges vary depending on product type, size, and weight. For example, thicker PVC sheets such as 3mm, 8mm or 10mm must be palletised and laid flat during transport—this is a haulier requirement to prevent damage and ensure safe handling. As a result, delivery costs can differ depending on the items and volumes ordered.

At Cladding4Less.com, we understand that reliable delivery is just as important as product quality. That’s why we’ve partnered with specialist couriers and pallet hauliers who can handle the unique size and weight of our cladding products – often classified in the logistics world as “ugly freight.” We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 PM the same day whenever possible.
⚠️ Please do not schedule installers until all materials have been received and inspected.
Our Courier Network
Due to the oversized nature of our cladding sheets, we do not use standard couriers like DPD or UPS. Instead, we rely on our own vans and hauliers experienced in transporting large-format building materials. While this ensures safe handling, it does mean that detailed tracking information is limited.
When possible, local deliveries may be completed by our in-house Cladding4Less vans, giving you a more accurate delivery window.

Damages & Missing Items
We take great care in packaging, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. Please inspect goods upon arrival and take the following actions:
Damaged Goods: Mark the delivery note or electronic POD as “damaged” and notify us immediately. Include photos where possible.
Missing Items: Sign as “missing” and let us know the same day.
Goods signed as “received in good condition” may not be eligible for damage claims.
Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided goods are unused and in resalable condition. After a warehouse inspection, we’ll confirm eligibility for a refund.
Restocking fee: 25%
Customer responsibility: Return shipping and packaging

Cancellations:
Free cancellation if the order hasn’t been dispatched
If dispatched, return fees apply and will be deducted from the refund
Delivery Guidelines
Offloading: Customers must ensure adequate labour or equipment is available to offload deliveries safely.
Pallet deliveries: Curbside only – forklift or two capable people required
Courier deliveries: Smaller items will be delivered to the door
Access Restrictions:
Please inform us of any access issues (e.g. weight limits, narrow roads, restricted zones) in your order notes. Large vehicles may be used, including articulated lorries. Failure to notify us may result in failed deliveries and extra charges.
